In this channel, commercial claims are not handled.

According to the provisions of Article 24 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, as well as EU Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and Council of October 23, 2019, you have the possibility to submit an anonymous complaint. If you choose this option, please be aware that we will not be able to contact you to communicate the results of the internal investigations carried out.

The processing of this complaint will be conducted with the necessary confidentiality, as established in the LOPDGDD (Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights). It’s important for you to know that only the Responsible for Compliance and individuals authorized by the Ethical Code will have access to the data from the complaint system in order to conduct the relevant investigation into the reported incidents.
